If your purchase doesn't fit your style, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
